Experteer Overview In this role you drive budget planning, analytics, and investigator payments within a country or extended study group. You will work closely with the SSO Study Start-Up team and project stakeholders to meet timelines, ensure compliant payment execution, and translate Grant Plans into local payment schemes. You’ll monitor costs, maintain internal controls, and support timely, high-quality clinical trial documentation. This position offers impact by aligning financial processes with study delivery and regulatory requirements in a global sponsor environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Support country SSU strategy and deliverables with cross‑functional teams Account for and execute investigator payments in the assigned country/group Lead project controlling, financial planning, forecasting, and cost analyses Set up and validate investigator contracts in the accounting system Execute and monitor internal controls and payment processes Translate Grant Plans into local payment schemes and prepare country TCFs Maintain and update systems (ACT, Optimus) Communicate payment issues to sites and track payment status Ensure compliance with financial standards, regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP, IRB/IEC, Health Authority, SOPs) Drive process improvements and efficient payment workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
