You will work closely with the design team in a dynamic fashion environment, gaining hands‑on experience throughout the collection development process. /ph3Creative Collection Development /h3ulliSupport the womenswear team in the development of seasonal collections and creative projects. /liliAssist in the development of collection concepts, moods, and visual directions in line with the brand identity and creative guidelines. /liliConduct research on fashion trends, references, inspirations, and visual concepts to support collection development. /liliSupport the creation and development of collection proposals through fashion sketches and figurines. /li /ulh3Design Technical Development /h3ulliCreate fashion illustrations and collection designs on figurines. /liliDevelop technical drawings by hand and digitally, supporting the translation of creative concepts into product designs. /liliAssist in the preparation and organization of design materials and collection presentations. /liliSupport the creation and updating of product design sheets, technical documentation, and collection lookbooks. /liliConduct research on fabrics, materials, trims, and other product components. /liliOrganize, catalogue, and archive material and design references. /liliSupport the team in gathering visual and material references for new collections. /liliCollaborate closely with Senior Designers and the wider creative team throughout the collection development process. /liliSupport daily design activities and contribute to ad hoc creative projects. /liliEnsure assigned activities and deliverables are completed accurately and within the required deadlines. /li /ulh3PROFILE /h3pbEducation: /b Degree or academic background in Fashion Design, Fashion, or a related field. /ppbPrevious experience: /b Previous internship, academic, or project experience in Fashion Design, Styling, or Product Development is a plus. /ppbSoft skills: /b strong organizational skills, attention to detail, precision, sense of responsibility, creativity, proactivity, and a strong team-oriented approach. /ppbDesign skills: /b good knowledge of fashion illustration and the ability to develop collection designs on figurines. Ability to create technical drawings both by hand and digitally. /ppbIT skills: /b good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, as well as general proficiency with digital tools and computer systems. /ppbFashion knowledge: /b good knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry, with particular interest in both women’s wear and menswear. /ppbPassion: /b we are looking for someone passionate about fashion, creative, curious, and eager to learn.
