IT Product Manager - SaaS enterprise in ambito healthcare

Overview
In this role, you will own the Core Clinical domain of an international behavioral health software platform. You will define strategy and drive a scalable, end-to-end clinical experience across multiple products, aligning with clinicians, caregivers, and end users. You will partner with Design and Engineering to deliver consistent UX, manage integrations and data migration, and explore AI-powered improvements that accelerate product development. You will operate autonomously in a fast-paced, regulated environment, shaping the product roadmap with measurable impact.
Responsabilità- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the Core Clinical domain
- Ensure an end-to-end clinical experience across multiple products within the platform
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, consistent user experiences
- Manage product integrations and cross-platform workflows
- Lead data migration, data import, and third-party integration initiatives
- Conduct customer discovery and validation to prioritize investments
- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, usability, operational efficiency, and product growth
- Collaborate with teams responsible for mobile, caregiver solutions, supervision, assessment, treatment planning, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance the clinical experience and speed up development
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape for positioning and differentiation
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise SaaS products
- Track record of defining and executing product roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders in cross-functional environments
- Experience leveraging and building AI-powered product capabilities
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Familiarity with regulated environments and data privacy/compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent)
