As the Regional Health Manager, you will oversee and lead through advisory, the delivery of Occupational Health (OH) services within Italy, and act as the subject matter expert for occupational health, ensuring the health and well‑being of employees in alignment with global standards and local regulations. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide strategic direction and advise the External Occupational Health services across Italy, ensuring high-quality support and compliance with local health, safety, and medical regulations. /li liServe as a subject matter expert on Occupational Health, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders at all levels and liaising with local authorities and occupational health bodies. /li liMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes affecting workplace health and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies as well as all local health, safety, and medical regulations. /li liDefine, monitor, and report health-related metrics to Workplace Health Safety (WHS) Global Medical and Health (GMH) Team Leadership to measure program success, identify areas for improvement and inform global and regional health strategies. /li liOversee the proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of workplace health risks including physical and psycho‑social factors and develop programs to safeguard employee well‑being. /li /ul h3A day in the life /h3 pIn your role as Regional Health Manager, you provide strategic leadership and oversight for Occupational Health services and preventive health management programs. You work closely with a dedicated team of Workplace Health and Safety professionals and Health Professionals while collaborating with internal stakeholders, and local health authorities to identify and mitigate workplace health risks. As a subject matter expert, you offer essential guidance on occupational health, regulatory, and compliance matters, and you serve as the primary point of contact for localizing health policies. You have the unique opportunity to shape how health programs are managed across Italy by driving cross‑functional initiatives and partnering with a dynamic team of health professionals. The position is classified at level Quadro or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience. The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements. In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
