As we expand across Europe, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales initiatives and strengthen our relationships with key accounts in Italy. This is an opportunity to shape the commercial success of a global IT leader while driving value for major clients through cutting‑edge technology.
About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients while driving new business across the Italian market. You’ll take a consultative approach—partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and deliver tailored IT and XaaS solutions.
Your work will have both strategic and hands‑on dimensions: defining sales approaches, managing complex deals, and ensuring customer success across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven, innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Own and grow enterprise accounts, building long‑term strategic partnerships.
- Engage with C‑level executives and IT decision‑makers through consultative and solution‑based selling.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional priorities.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and high‑value deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including pre‑sales, solution architects, service delivery, and marketing—to design and deliver optimal client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Leverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline growth and drive client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and deal‑closing skills.
- Deep understanding of the Italian enterprise IT market.
- A hunter mindset combined with strategic account management skills.
- Established network within the Italian or international enterprise sector; connections in the financial industry are a strong plus.
- Experience selling to financial institutions or regulated industries is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Work on large‑scale digital transformation initiatives with top enterprise clients.
