Your Role And Responsibilities

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP).
• Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance.
• You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
• The work model for the role is: hybrid.
• Your main accountabilities include:
• Developing new highly-responsive, web-based HMIs using the latest front-end technologies
• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and services
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs; translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Collaborate with other international R&D team members and stakeholders
• Maintain recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work
• Identify new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them; document work results (such as findings, designs, or software) to enable others to maintain and improve them
• Understand and initiate IP generation in your area of specialization and participate in the project IP strategy development
