Overview
In this role you will lead the design, optimization and governance of global sales processes to drive a scalable, standardized Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash framework. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless digital sales experience that boosts seller productivity and customer satisfaction. You'll apply advanced methods to improve process performance and support commercial strategy, with a strong change-management aspect. This is a strategic role at NIQ, focused on transforming how we win in a complex, global market.

Responsabilità
- Lead the design, optimization and governance of global sales processes and policies for scalability across regions
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, IT and external vendors to define and maintain the technology roadmap for digital sales transformation
- Harmonize customer-centric workflows to deliver consistent, integrated sales processes across regions and segments
- Drive seller efficiency and customer experience improvements through process and platform optimization
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and other methods to engineer high-performing processes with measurable business impact
- Support training and change initiatives to embed new processes in the business
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8–10 years of global sales process ownership and optimization experience in L2O or L2C domains
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, BANT)
- Proven success implementing consistent CRM processes globally
- Familiarity with design thinking and storyboarding for process modeling
- Ability to assess and manage impact of process automation on sales teams
- Deep CRM domain expertise (Sales Cloud, CPQ, incentive compensation, analytics, contract lifecycle management)
- Commitment to aligning practices with industry best standards
- Strong stakeholder management and influence across diverse, global teams
- Ability to build consensus and drive execution in ambiguous environments
- Delivery-focused track record translating business requirements into actionable outcomes
