Business Development Senior Specialist

Overview
In this role you drive Exetra's international growth by expanding the client portfolio and market reach. You collaborate with internal teams to hit sales targets while shaping medium- and long-term strategic goals. You analyze markets, build partnerships, and explore untapped opportunities across domestic and global contexts. The position combines high-impact business development with cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic export-focused environment.
Responsabilità- Identify leads and conduct direct outreach to grow the client portfolio
- Network at industry events and build strategic partnerships to expand the commercial network
- Analyze market trends and deliver competitive insights to inform strategy
- Shape long-term strategy and unlock new business areas and markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets within corporate guidelines
- 4-5 years of sales or business development experience in consulting or export-driven environments
- C-level negotiation experience with local and global companies
- Proven track record of building a client portfolio from scratch
- English at C2 and Hindi or Arabic at B2 (spoken and written); Italian required
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
