Stage Area Engineering

Unifarco impiega un team di professionisti dedicati alla gestione e al miglioramento dei processi aziendali, alla pianificazione delle attività produttive/logistiche e all’implementazione di nuove progettualità. Lo stage ha l’obiettivo di permettere al candidato di approfondire alcuni di questi ambiti in un contesto lavorativo giovane, dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
Al fine di rendere l’esperienza formativa efficace, concreta e coinvolgente, mettiamo a disposizione:
- affiancamento a personale esperto
- postazioni e strumenti di lavoro dedicati
- coinvolgimento in diverse fasi di analisi, pianificazione e monitoraggio dei processi
- possibilità di interfacciarsi con funzioni aziendali differenti (produzione, logistica, acquisti, qualità)
Requisiti preferenziali
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Industriale o discipline affini
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, iniziativa, motivazione, curiosità
- Capacità di analisi e problem solving
- Buona conoscenza della suite Office, in particolare Excel
Lo stage avrà una durata di 6 mesi, dopo i quali sarà valutata l’eventuale assunzione.
Per il periodo di stage viene fornito l’accesso gratuito alla mensa e un rimborso spese mensile.
