B-FUTURE CHALLENGE - BOOM
Sta per partire la terza edizione della B-FUTURE CHALLENGE, il programma completamente gratuito sviluppato da BOOM – Knowledge & Innovation Hub di CRIF in collaborazione con diverse importanti aziende del territorio.
L’edizione 2026 prenderà il via il 21 settembre ed è rivolta a studenti universitari, laureandi, neolaureati e giovani under 30 STEM e UMANISTICI interessati a sviluppare competenze nel campo dell ’AI, della trasformazione digitale e dell’innovazione aziendale.
Il cuore del progetto è una challenge da remoto di due settimane (28/09-09/10), in cui i partecipanti lavoreranno in team per proporre soluzioni innovative a sfide reali lanciate dalle aziende sponsor, come se fossero parte del loro team interno.
A guidarli ci saranno Business Mentor aziendali , che offriranno metodo, supporto e visione concreta dei problemi che le aziende stanno affrontando oggi.
Il percorso prevede inoltre:
- incontri formativi e momenti di confronto con professionisti del settore su AI e GENAI.
- la preparazione e presentazione di un progetto finale
- una giornata conclusiva il 21 Ottobre in presenza nella sede di BOOM – Osteria Grande (BO) , con la valutazione degli elaborati e la premiazione del gruppo vincitore con un premio del valore di 2000 euro
- colloqui tecnici e motivazionali con le aziende partecipanti (tra cui: Camst Group, Var Group, Vai software, Penske Cars, Crif, Fondazione Olivetti e molte altre) per accedere a colloqui e potenziali tirocini professionalizzanti
