Junior Marketing Support Specialist

Overview In Concentrix Italy, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Support Specialist to work directly at with a Client, a leading multinational technology company. The role will support the Client's Marketing team, with a strong focus on marketing campaigns across Southern Europe. This position is ideal for a junior profile looking to grow within an international marketing environment, gaining exposure to marketing operations, reporting, and cross-country coordination. Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day marketing operations support for the Client's marketing team Support the execution and coordination of local and regional marketing campaigns in Southern Europe Collaborate with internal and regional marketing stakeholders Track marketing activities, timelines, and deliverables Prepare and update marketing reports and basic performance analysis Support documentation, operational follow-ups, and campaign‑related processes Ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives in line with regional priorities

Required Skills & Experience

Junior experience or strong interest in marketing support, marketing operations, or coordination roles Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and execution processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple activities in a structured way Fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English Willingness to work in a hybrid model and visit the client office in Milan city center

Experience supporting B2B marketing teams Basic exposure to marketing tools and reporting activities Experience working in an international or multicultural environment Interest in growing within a multinational technology context

Working Information

Location: Milan City Center, Italy (Hybrid) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Contract Type: Initial 5-month contract with extension and possibility of permanent employment Salary Range: €19,000 – €24,000 RAL Role Type: Marketing Operations / Marketing Support Languages: Italian (fluent), English (professional)
