In this role you will expand MoneyGram's agent network in North East Italy by identifying new market opportunities and onboarding agents aligned with our business strategy. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure targets are met and networks are optimized. You will analyze market needs, manage agent onboarding, and train partners on policies and systems to drive growth. You will travel extensively to engage with agents and support field activities, shaping regional revenue and brand presence.   • Represent MoneyGram products to align solutions with market needs
  • Provide market analysis on needs, opportunities, and competitive activity
  • Expand the agents network by identifying new opportunities and markets
  • Prospect potential Agents via written outreach, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate opportunities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with existing agents to hit business targets
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the line manager
  • Manage agent onboarding documentation and compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date agent data and process data-change requests
  • Deliver product and system training to new agents and ensure compliance training
  • Develop growth plans for each agent and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with support departments and address agents' needs impacting revenue
  • Coordinate with marketing and pricing teams to support visibility, pricing, profitability
  • Ensure location branding is current and act on-field to maintain it
  • Extensive travel required; manage visits and overnight stays as scheduled
  • Perform other duties as required
Responsabilità
  • 3+ years in field sales or related salesExperience
  • Money Transfer sector experience is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute sales strategies
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Effective time management and structured workload handling
  • Culturally aware and able to work in diverse environments
  • Experience building customer relationships and presenting opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM knowledge is a strong asset
  • Driving license category B
