Key Responsibilities- Assess grid connection feasibility and available capacity with network operators during early‑stage PV project development
- Evaluate grid‑related risks, timelines, and costs to support site selection and project prioritisation
- Coordinate and optimise grid connection solutions with network operators and external service providers
- Advise internal teams on grid operator requirements, feedback, and regulatory considerations
- Manage external consultants and associated costs related to grid connections for solar projects
- Secure grid connection reservations and technical approvals throughout the development phase, ensuring compliance with deadlines and milestones
- Act as the primary point of contact for all grid connection matters across development, engineering, and external stakeholders
- Degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Renewable Energy
- Proven experience in grid connection processes, including a strong understanding of Italian network operator procedures, guidelines, and application systems
- Ability to interpret grid studies, connection offers, and technical requirements at medium‑ and high‑voltage levels
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
Hybrid after 6 months, in office for the first 6 months
