The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors' or Masters' degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. As an Intern, you will be responsible for :

• Supporting the Customer Application Engineering team with a strong focus on data analysis , rather than traditional engineering activities.
  
• Comparing, validating, and reconciling datasets and tables from multiple sources.
  
• Performing cost analysis and pricing analysis to support internal decision-making and commercial strategies.
  
• Creating, cleaning, and structuring data, including the use of AI-based tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
  
• Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal stakeholders.
  
• Transforming large datasets into meaningful insights for Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
  
• Collaborating in a cross-functional environment , working closely with Pricing , Sourcing , and other operational teams.
  
• Contributing to cost optimization , pricing strategies , and operational decision-making through data-driven analysis.
  

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors' or Masters' level degree in Mechanical, Management, other Engineering disciplines, or similar technical/analytical fields .
  

• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
  
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data quality mindset.
  
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  
• Motivation to learn and work with large datasets.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different internal stakeholders
  

• Be fluent in oral and written English and Italian and have effective communication skills
  

• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate's academic status and their distance from the workplace.
