The role requires a cross-functional approach, combining strategic vision, strong organizational skills and hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, international counterparts and partners, managing CRM communications for the agency’s clients, preparing analyses and materials for management, and supporting the team in organising events. /p pbSkills and Experience /b /p ul liIndependently managing CRM and marketing automation activities, including the configuration and management of the platform, modules, workflows, templates and communication personalization logic /li liManaging the end-to-end newsletter creation and distribution process, from planning through the development and management of the editorial calendar /li liEnsuring the database of clients and stakeholders is kept up to date, accurate and properly managed, in compliance with applicable regulations and policies /li liMonitoring email marketing campaign performance, preparing regular reports and analyses, identifying optimization opportunities /li liAnalyzing data, market benchmarks and rankings, translating them into summaries and materials to support management decision-making /li liSupporting the organization of events and the delivery of the team’s key marketing projects /li liCollaborating with senior stakeholders, local and international teams and external partners, contributing to the operational management of projects /li liHands‑on experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics /li liKnowledge of key email marketing processes and KPIs, as well as experience managing databases, consent management and GDPR‑related matters /li liExcellent analytical, summarisation, reporting and presentation skills /li liExperience managing marketing, communications and event organization projects and activities /li liExcellent command of PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office tools /li liExcellent command of Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken /li liExcellent organisational and project management skills, with close attention to priorities, deadlines and detail /li liAbility to work with senior stakeholders and collaborate with local and international teams and external partners /li liProactivity, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a results‑oriented approach /li liExperience in agencies, media vendors, international networks or B2B environments is a plus /li /ul pbLife at WPP Media Benefits /b /p pOur passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment toBe Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
