Senior Post-Silicon Validation Lead for Power ICs

Renesas Electronics seeks a Senior Staff Validation Engineer for its new Design Center in Catania. You will drive post-silicon validation of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power management ICs, ensuring products meet electrical, functional, and performance specs before release.
You will lead a global, multidisciplinary team, develop validation plans, automate test frameworks in Python, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Design, Applications, Firmware, and Quality teams to mitigate risks
