We follow the Golden Rule of travel: treat vacations like you want yours treated. /ppbr/ppstrongThe Candidate /strong /ppbr/ppWe are seeking a strongSocial Media Content Specialist /strong with hands-on experience creating and managing social content, able to own the full content cycle independently: from editorial planning to production, from publishing to performance analysis. /ppbr/ppThe role carries full operational ownership of our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), working closely with the content and video teams. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities Qualifications /strong /ppbr/pullistrongEditorial Planning: /strong Manage the editorial content calendar based on available content, balancing the mix between TOFU, BOFU, and carousel content in line with channel strategy. /lilistrongPerformance Analysis: /strong Monitor and analyze post performance data to understand what works and what doesn't, identify patterns, and iterate on the best-performing formats and topics. /lilistrongScheduling Publishing: /strong Manage content scheduling, ensuring everything is actually published on time and in the correct format across the relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). /lilistrongContent Production: /strong Produce content (videos and carousels) for social media, aligned with company strategy, from ideation through editing/layout. /lilistrongCopywriting: /strong Write captions for content, adapting tone of voice and messaging to the format and platform. /lilistrongDaily Stories: /strong Produce daily Stories to maintain an active, consistent presence across channels. /lilistrongCollaboration with the Video Team: /strong Work closely with the video team on content production, ensuring alignment between video assets and editorial strategy. /lilistrongUGC Coordination: /strong Collaborate with the UGC team to integrate creator content into the overall editorial plan. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We're Looking For /strong /ppbr/ppstrongCore Qualifications /strong /ppbr/pullistrongExperience: /strong at least 1-2 years of experience creating and managing social media content (travel industry experience is a plus). /lilistrongContent Production: /strong hands-on experience producing videos and carousels for Instagram/TikTok (filming, editing, even from a smartphone). /lilistrongCopywriting: /strong strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different formats. /lilistrongData Analysis: /strong comfortable reading platform metrics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) to inform editorial decisions. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKey Skills Mindset /strong /ppbr/pullistrongOwnership: /strong able to independently manage the entire editorial workflow — from planning to publishing — without needing constant supervision. /lilistrongOrganization: /strong strong attention to detail and ability to manage editorial calendars and multiple deadlines in parallel. /lilistrongTool Familiarity: /strong experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly) and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar). /lilistrongDrive: /strong a proactive attitude, curiosity about social trends, and the ability to propose new formats. xjncmbx /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /pulli6-month fixed-term contract /liliSalary Range: RAL €25,000 - €30,000 /liliMeal vouchers (€7 per day) in accordance with internal company policy /li /ulpbr/ppAt The Tour Guy we offer equal opportunities.
