Location: Lisbon, Portugal / On-Site
Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work Permit
What We're Looking For- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information using internal systems and support tools
- Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment
- 1,000€ gross salary x14 salaries
- Attendance & Welcome Bonus
- Meal allowance, Health Insurance
- Relocation support for candidates with work authorization
