WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors and installers to identify projects. Support the consultants and installers in designing projects with Panasonic solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Follow-up on projects in Salesforce and maintain the project pipeline on a regular basis.
• Support installers and consultants with training regarding products and software for the responsible product category.
• Feed market information to Product Managers and use it to refine strategy, tactics, and future product development. Suggest measures to achieve strategic company goals.
• Identify and build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business.
• Coordinate regularly with internal partners to follow up projects from sales to commissioning, minimizing installation risks by forecasting and preventing potential issues.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of the project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field:
• Specific products: VRF / Idronics product for commercial application.
• Area of interest: Piemonte, Liguria, Sardegna.
• Experience in business development in B2B is beneficial.
• Proficient understanding and know‑how in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant areas of expertise.
• Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques.
• Understanding of the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
• Very strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (level B1‑B2).

Compensation package: starting salary from €45,000 gross per year (RAL) + performance‑based bonus (MBO).
