Marketing Lead Management Specialist

SECO è alla ricerca di una figura di Marketing Lead Management Specialist per le seguenti attività: Gestire il ciclo di vita dei lead provenienti da campagne digitali, eventi, fiere, marketplace e altri canali inbound, dalla qualificazione iniziale al passaggio ai team commerciali.
Supportare le attività di lead nurturing e marketing automation, accompagnando i prospect lungo il funnel di conversione fino alla generazione di opportunità commerciali.
Collaborare con Sales, Business Development e Inside Sales per garantire una gestione efficace dei lead e il monitoraggio delle opportunità in CRM.
Gestire e ottimizzare i processi di lead management e marketing automation su Salesforce e Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Coordinare la raccolta, l'importazione e la qualità dei dati provenienti da campagne, eventi e attività di lead generation.
Monitorare KPI e performance del funnel marketing-to-sales, predisponendo report e analisi a supporto delle decisioni di business.
Garantire l'accuratezza del database clienti e la conformità alle normative GDPR.
Supportare l'adozione di strumenti di automazione e intelligenza artificiale per migliorare l'efficacia delle attività di lead management e customer engagement.
Requisiti:
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia o discipline affini.
Esperienza anche breve in ruoli di CRM Management, Marketing Automation o Lead Management in contesto B2B industriale.
Conscenza di Salesforce.
Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di lead management B2B: MQL, SQL, lead scoring, lifecycle e nurturing.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale.
