We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.As a defense mission expert and Operational Assessments Analyst, you’ll bring your expertise of the development, management, and refinement of the assessment process to work on projects for a Fleet Headquarters command. You’ll produce command-level assessments of naval operations campaigning to produce GO and FO-level analytical assessments and operational planning products that synthesize complex data to facilitate informed senior leader decision-making. You’ll utilize your strategic planning and assessment expertise to analyze operational progress toward campaign objectives and effects and perform at a high level with minimum guidance and oversight. You’ll coordinate as a team player across staff directorates to ensure communication and synchronization of assessment efforts.You’ll guide the work we do for Joint Defense and the solutions we deliver for military missions and defense mission planning.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have:Experience with strategic and operational level operations, activities and investments (OAIs), campaign planning, Fleet operations plans and orders, joint and naval doctrine, and headquarters staff functionsExperience developing campaign assessments, Measures of Performance, Measures of Effectiveness, strategic planning, and developing and synchronizing complex plans and tasksExperience designing and maintaining a system accessible to all decision-makers and stakeholders within the organization and creating, capturing, organizing, and assessing data for enterprise useExperience as an operations leader, working within Service Component Headquarters, and briefing executive-level leadershipExperience using Microsoft SharePoint and Office365 platforms, Palantir Maven Smart System, or data analysis and visualization toolsKnowledge of naval operations, activities, terminology, and force constructsAbility to manage processes and activities to support organizational communications, suspense tracking, workflow management, and content management, and translate complex operational data into structured, repeatable assessment methodologies that align operations and activities to objectivesAbility to produce high-quality work, including independently and with a team, in a fast-paced environmentTop Secret clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:Experience leveraging AI systems and automated data systems for operational assessmentsAbility to provide quality control and corrected feedback for submitted documents before publicationPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsMaster’s degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
