We hire competitive individuals and natural problem solvers with a record of ranking at something hard, whether competitive programming, games, or mathematics, who treat an unfamiliar problem as a challenge rather than an obstacle. We can teach markets; we cannot teach drive. We build our own stack end to end, from connectivity and pricing through execution, monitoring, and research data. /ph3THE ROLE /h3pWe are looking for developers and traders interested in building systems for on‑chain markets. You will work on strategies and infrastructure interacting directly with decentralized protocols, where execution, timing, and market structure are critical. /ph3What You'll Own /h3ullideveloping trading systems interacting with DeFi protocols /lilidesigning and implementing on‑chain execution strategies /liliresearching opportunities across different chains and protocols /lilibuilding tools and infrastructure for on‑chain trading /lilioptimizing execution, latency, and capital efficiency /lilimonitoring and improving live trading performance /li /ulh3WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3ullistrong programming skills (Rust, Python, Go, or similar) /liliunderstanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts /lilistrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /liliexperience working in Linux environments /liliinterest in DeFi markets and trading systems /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliexperience interacting with smart contracts or Web3 tooling /lilifamiliarity with on‑chain trading, MEV, or protocol design /li /ulh3Why join Raven /h3ulliwork on systems operating in real on‑chain markets /lilicollaborate directly with traders and engineers /liliexplore new and rapidly evolving market structures /lilisee your work directly impact trading performance /li /ulh3LOGISTICS /h3ulliSofia (Bulgaria) or Milan (Italy), with no preference between them.
