We place people at the center, ensuring a balance between work and private life, promoting flexibility and well-being, company welfare, meal vouchers, within a culture that celebrates success and shares moments of conviviality.br/TotalEnergies will review the received applications, giving care and attention to the values of Diversity and Inclusion. /ph3bActivities /b /h3pThe Job holder will support the proper execution of purchasing operations by performing the following activities: /pulliCreate and maintain the materials master data for use across all areas of the Company owned material /liliHandle the reception of materials purchase requisitions /liliGroup materials requisitions to reduce process costs, compile tender packages and organize call for tender / request for quotation /liliAnswer to tenderers requests for clarification /liliStudy, compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditions /liliOrganize and lead negotiations with suppliers associated with award and performance of POs /liliEnsure the follow-up of purchase orders until complete reception and payment /liliEnsure rapid and correct validation of PO’s /liliEnsure reception of acknowledgement of receipt for PO’s from suppliers /liliEnsure Suppliers’ deliveries on time /liliFollow-up of goods receipt until affiliate’s central warehouse. /liliNegotiate and solve all changes leading to amendment from Métier Partners or suppliers/contractors /liliClarify discrepancies between material received and orders, if any with suppliers /liliAdhere to materials management policies and procedures defined by HQ for all activities performed including the use of integrated business systems (SAP) /li /ulh3bCandidate Profile /b /h3pbWe offer a one-year employment contract through a staffing agency /b /pulliMaster’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering /liliInternational exposure /liliPrevious experience in purchasing goods and/or services in the petroleum industry will be a plus /liliInterpersonal skills, problem solving, planning and organization /liliEnglish and Italian mandatory /li /ulh3bAdditional Information /b /h3pbTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
