Data & Bi Engineer

The Data & BI Engineer will support the evolution of the company data platform and Group Business Intelligence environment, contributing to the development of a modern, reliable and scalable data ecosystem.The role will work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and advanced tools for data integration, data modeling and analytics, with the goal of strengthening the company BI framework and enabling effective, consistent and sustainable use of data across the organization.Key responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of the company data platformDesign and implement data integration and transformation pipelines from ERP, CRM, databases, files and other business sourcesWork with Microsoft Fabric to build modern, scalable and governed data environmentsDevelop, optimize and maintain datasets, data models and dashboards in Power BIContribute to the definition of standards, methodologies and best practices for Business IntelligenceEnsure data quality, consistency and reliability across reporting solutionsWork closely with business functions to collect requirements and translate them into concrete data solutionsDocument data flows, models and processes, promoting knowledge sharing within the teamContribute to the evolution of the company data architecture by introducing innovative tools and approaches in analytics and reporting
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering or similar rolesGood knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BIExperience in designing and managing ETL / ELT pipelinesStrong SQL skillsGood knowledge of data modeling, Power Query and DAXFamiliarity with modern data architectures, including data lake and data warehouse conceptsAbility to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholdersHands‑on attitude, autonomy and result orientationGood command of English, both written and spoken, required to operate effectively in an international environment
Preferred qualifications
Experience in industrial or multinational environmentsKnowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystemExperience with data governance and data quality topicsFamiliarity with ERP and CRM systems
