The Revenue Growth Management Specialist will play a key role in translating market, customer and performance data into actionable recommendations that improve net revenue, profitability and sustainable growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams, you will help shape commercial strategies and deliver insights that influence key business decisions across the Italian Ice Cream business. **What you'll be responsible for*** Support the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management strategies across pricing, promotions, assortment and mix.* Analyze sales, market and customer data to identify growth opportunities and profitability improvements.* Monitor promotional effectiveness and recommend actions to maximize return on trade investments.* Develop business cases and financial analyses to support pricing and portfolio decisions.* Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to embed RGM principles into commercial planning.* Build dashboards, reports and performance tracking tools to monitor key RGM KPIs.* Support annual planning cycles, forecast reviews and customer business planning processes.* Generate actionable insights from internal and external data sources to support strategic decision-making.* Provide fact-based recommendations and challenge commercial assumptions to improve revenue and profit delivery.**We're looking for someone who*** Has 3+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management or Business Analytics within FMCG or Consumer Goods.* Brings strong skills in data analysis, financial modelling, pricing analytics and stakeholder management.* Has advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI; experience with Nielsen Circana or similar market data sources is an advantage.* Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.* Can translate data into compelling business stories and influence stakeholders across functions.* Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.* Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.* Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working.**What you'll get** Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes* Market-competitive pay (Range € 43200, 00 - € 54000,00) depending on* experience and qualifications, plus performance-related rewards* Flexible ways of working* Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work* Time off to rest and recharge* Ongoing learning and development opportunities* Meal vouchers**Why join us?**This is a place for people who are passionate about ice cream and are growth obsessed - both for the business and for themselves.
