Key Responsibilities Process Mapping & Lead Management Lead Orchestration: Design and maintain the end-to-end process for lead distribution to partners, ensuring no lead "goes dark" and feedback loops are closed in the CRM. Partner Profiling: Implement a structured framework for profiling and segmenting resellers (e.g., by tier, vertical, or technical competency) to ensure the right promos reach the right partners. Train sales in regards to the leads processes and procedures and create support documentation for it. Lead Automation Oversee the development and implementation of automation processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows. Map end to end lead process from lead to order, optimize & improve it and report on it. Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance in OSC. Lead Scoring: Ensure a scoring system that identifies when a customer in a "warm‑up" flow is ready for a sales call using 6th Sense. VPP readiness – design a process that identifies ready‑to‑buy behavior in the already registered partners and feed it to sales or demand generation for follow‑up. Promotional Coordination & Channel Programs You will coordinate with Sales, offering management and marketing to implement sales‑driven promotions. You will be responsible for setting the recurrent promotional meetings, ensuring all steps are followed and all needed approvals are given, that the action plan agreed in the meetings is completed within the deadlines and the content is prepared for the launch. Serve as the Voice of the Channel during product launches and promotional planning ensuring partners have specialized "To‑Partner" communications before the general public. Capture Reseller feedback from Sales and Demand Generation teams and present it in a structured way to the Marketing team looking to improve the reseller experience when it comes to the Vertiv Partner program, Vertiv Incentive program and all the related tools and promotions. Strategic Profiling (The "Ideal Partner Profile") Tiering Partners: Create a scoring system for partners based on their "SMB Penetration" and Technical Competency. Persona Mapping within Partners: Identify the key stakeholders at the partner level (e.g., the Partner SE or the Account Manager) who need to be "warmed up" just like your customers. Competitor Displacement Mapping: Research which partners are currently lead‑heavy with a competitor's product and feed information to demand generation or inside sales. Partner Audit: Categorize your existing partners by their service capabilities to support sales in leveraging them. White Space Identification: Identify "vulnerable" accounts where a partner has a strong presence, but your infrastructure products are missing. Be innovative Bring your own ideas of improvements inside the team, look at each process and task with the goal of constantly improving it to bring more value to the customer, to you, the team and the organization. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Experience Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting. Ability to map complex workflows and use data to prove the ROI of channel promos. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Expertise with Customer and/or Partner Relationship Management databases.
