The position also supports the sharing of technical know-how within the department and contributes to its continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pContribute to the hardware development process for new products throughout their entire lifecycle, including requirements definition, prototype development, product qualification for mass production, and subsequent product improvements and modifications. /pulliAssess the feasibility of customer requirements in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams. /liliPrepare and maintain hardware specifications. /liliDesign electrical and electronic hardware for prototypes in accordance with internal development processes and design standards. /liliDefine and execute prototype verification activities and laboratory testing. /liliSupport product validation and industrialization activities. /liliProvide technical support to customers. /liliAssist in the preparation of product operation and maintenance manuals. /liliSupport the organization and delivery of technical training courses both onsite and at customer locations. /liliParticipate in industry exhibitions and trade fairs to maintain technical expertise and market awareness. /li /ulh3Education /h3pMaster's Degree in bElectronic Engineering /b. /ppA final degree grade of 105/110 or above will be considered a preferred qualification. /ph3Technical Skills /h3ulliKnowledge of power electronics hardware design principles. /liliFamiliarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, and similar applications. /liliAcademic or professional experience in electric drives and power electronics hardware design (e.g. thesis projects, internships or research activities) will be considered an asset. /liliKnowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (preferred). /liliGood written and spoken English. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong design and engineering mindset. /liliTeamwork and collaboration skills. /liliProblem-solving attitude. /liliProactive approach. /li /ulpbExperience: 0-3 /b years of experience /ppbVariable Salary: /bAnnual performance bonus linked to company objectives, equivalent to one month's base salary. /ppbExperience: 4-5 /b years of experience /ppbVariable Salary: /bAnnual performance bonus linked to company objectives, equivalent to one month's base salary. /ppbZAPI GROUP /b is an equal opportunity employer.
