Una scale-up B2B SaaS italiana focalizzata sullo skill-based talent management. Attraverso AI e Machine Learning, permette alle aziende di mappare le competenze dei collaboratori in poche settimane, portando trasparenza e meritocrazia nei percorsi di crescita. I numeri parlano chiaro: crescita da 6 a 20 persone in 15 mesi, oltre 1M€ di contratti già firmati e un obiettivo di fatturato pronto a triplicare entro l'anno. L'ambiente è concreto, l'età media è sui 28 anni e il team è molto unito (una volta al mese si fa team building vero, dalla birra artigianale alla boxe).
Il contesto del ruolo
Il prodotto è forte e la trazione sul mercato è evidente. Ora serve scalare. Questa figura non entra per fare semplice esecuzione commerciale, ma per lavorare a stretto contatto con i founder e costruire il motore sales enterprise dell'azienda.
- Trattative complesse: Gestione end-to-end del ciclo di vendita su aziende target medio-grandi (Enterprise).
- Interlocuzione alta: Dialogo costante con stakeholder decisionali, muovendosi con disinvoltura tra Direzioni HR, dipartimenti IT e C-Level.
- Costruzione del processo: Messa a terra di metodo e struttura per rendere il processo di vendita ripetibile e scalabile.
- Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni tecnologiche a risorse umane (e-learning, ATS, Benessere…)
- Abitudine a gestire cicli commerciali lunghi, strutturati e multi-stakeholder.
- Mindset a metà tra strategia e pura concretezza: qui si definisce come si vende, non solo quanto.
- Un background all'interno di startup, scale‑up o contesti SaaS ad alto ritmo è considerato un forte plus.
- Variabile: €45.000 - €55.000 (con bonus uncapped sulla performance)
- Equity: Piano di Stock Options incluso nel pacchetto d'ingresso
- Welfare: €5.000 all'anno
- Benefit: Buoni pasto da €8 al giorno
