La figura ricercata
- Eseguire installazione, calibrazione, manutenzione preventiva e riparazione delle apparecchiature biomedicali presso le sedi dei clienti.
- Fornire supporto tecnico on site e da remoto , assicurando interventi tempestivi ed efficaci.
- Effettuare diagnosi dei guasti , analizzare log ed errori tecnici e implementare soluzioni correttive adeguate.
- Preparare e mantenere accurata documentazione tecnica e reportistica delle attività svolte.
- Svolgere attività all'interno del laboratorio tecnico aziendale , tra cui testing, riparazione, manutenzione e refurbishing delle strumentazioni.
- Gestire in modo strutturato l'inventario delle macchine e delle parti di ricambio strumentali .
- Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Biomedica , Elettronica, Elettrotecnica o discipline affini.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Field Service nel settore biomedicale.
- Ottima conoscenza di strumentazione biomedicale, sistemi elettromeccanici e software dedicati.
- Spiccate capacità di troubleshooting e approccio operativo hands‑on .
- Ottime doti comunicative, organizzative e forte orientamento al cliente.
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire efficacemente priorità e pianificazione.
- Approccio analitico e attitudine quantitativa , con capacità di interpretare dati tecnici, metriche di performance e trend manutentivi.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare 30-40% del tempo su tutto il territorio nazionale.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
- Patente di guida B.
