Quality Specialist - Italy

h3Job brief /h3p–The candidate will join the quality team and will be responsible for helping to ensure the maintenance of the quality management system and supporting the Quality Control department in product inspections and quality assessments.. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pProvide technical support in the preparation of standard documents;brEnsure compliance with quality standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;brConduct incoming quality inspections on glass, plastic, and other packaging items in accordance with standard specifications, company policy, and customer requirements;brSupport inspections and validation of new packaging items from suppliers, as well as new product development;brConduct quality tests and prepare related reports;brCollaborate on the management of customer complaints and the definition of any applicable CAPA in collaboration with other departments;brContribute to the release, development, improvement, and management of internal procedures, standard technical documentation, reports, and certificates;brCreate and maintain product specifications and pre-production samples for custom items and decorations, under supervision;brCollaborate with the quality control departments of subcontractors;brSupport the certification process and the maintenance of certifications;brAssist with and support internal and external audits. /ph3Requirements and skills /h3ulliDegree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields); /liliSpecific training in quality management systems; /lili2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Specialist roles; /liliExperience in implementing and maintaining quality systems; /liliExperience in managing internal and external audits is a plus; /liliKnowledge of ISO 9001, ESG, and regulatory standards; /liliAbility to draft and manage procedures, operating instructions, and quality documentation. /liliKnowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement tools (RCA – 5 Whys – Ishikawa – CAPA); /liliManagement of non-conformities and corrective actions; /liliAnalysis of quality data and KPIs; /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; /liliProficiency in English (B2 level or higher). /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
