Offerta
- Processi di Cost Allocation: supporto nella definizione e manutenzione dei modelli di allocazione dei costi
- Gestione e controllo dei costi/ricavi di outsourcing infragruppo
- Analisi economiche trasversali alle diverse compagnie/business unit
- Supporto nelle chiusure civilistiche e IFRS delle singole compagnie
- Supporto nella gestione delle evolutive dei tool in uso e nell'efficientamento e automatizzazione di processi e attività
- Produzione della reportistica periodica
- Presidio operativo e backup delle attività core di Cost Management al fine di garantire continuità nei processi e riduzione del rischio operativo
- Presidio dati del Gruppo Assicurativo
Competenze ed esperienza
Tool informatici richiesti per il ruolo in ricerca:
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office in particolare Excel
- OIAM (OFSAA) (preferibile)
- ORACLE FUSION (preferibile)
- Modelli di cost allocation e analisi dati
Aziende, qualifiche, università target:
Settore assicurativo/bancario o consulenza in tale settore con esperienza di cost controlling / cost management
5-6 anni di esperienza pregressa nel settore
Lingue conosciute e/o necessarie al ruolo:
inglese
Caratteristiche tecniche per necessarie:
- Ottima conoscenza della normativa IFRS
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office ed in particolare di excel
- Forti capacità logico-analitiche, soprattutto nell'analisi dei dati e nella raccolta di informazioni
- Esperienza in attività di controlling/cost management o cost allocation
Caratteristiche tecniche apprezzate:
- Sensibilità al dato e orientamento quantitativo
- Capacità di continua innovazione e miglioramento dei processi
- Essere strutturato ed organizzato nelle attività lavorative;
