The primary objective of the team is to excel in every aspect of the guest experience — from warm welcomes and personalized attention to the high quality and uniqueness of dining and wellness services. /p /brh3Main Activities /h3 /brul /brliFood Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. /li /brliIngredient Management: Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and organized. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, portioning, and measuring. /li /brliMaintaining Hygiene: Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with health regulations and the kitchen’s stringent procedures. /li /brliCleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. /li /brliTeam Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment in a confined space. /li /brliAdaptability: Adapt to the unique challenges of working in a mobile kitchen, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met despite the dynamic environment. /li /brliGrooming: constant highest level of personal hygiene (e.g., keep your fingernails short and clean, keep your hair and beards neat and tidy, wash hands frequently and thoroughly with soap, work on a clean surface, etc.). /li /br /ul /brh3Prerequisites /h3 /brul /brliProven experience (at least 1-2 years) in a structured kitchen, preferably in a high‑end, fine dining restaurant.
