In this position, you will lead the introduction of new and transferred products, ensuring operational readiness across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and service functions. /ppYou will act as the focal point for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, driving cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and ensuring products are launched with the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance. /ph3How You'll Make an Impact /h3ulliLead end-to-end product introduction and implementation projects from initiation through industrialization and market launch. /liliDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria together with key stakeholders. /liliDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and implementation roadmaps. /liliCoordinate engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, and service teams to ensure execution readiness. /liliDrive the successful transfer of new and existing products into manufacturing while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and business requirements. /liliMonitor prototype builds, test objects, pilot production, and zero-series activities to validate manufacturing readiness. /liliTrack production, assembly, and testing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. /liliIdentify project risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management. /liliSupport product lifecycle management activities and contribute to the long-term competitiveness of the Instrument Transformers portfolio. /liliCollaborate with global and cross-functional teams to secure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. /liliDrive a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, product implementation, industrialization, or new product introduction environments. /liliExperience within the power industry and high-voltage products.
