We believe in equal opportunities and fair pay practices. /p pLearn more about working with us at topconcareers.com /p h3Geospatial Software Program Manager /h3 h3Location /h3 pConcordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy /p h3Working Model /h3 pFlexible hybrid work model in Italy with regular office visits after onboarding period /p h3Shape the future of geospatial technology /h3 pTopcon is looking for an experienced Geospatial Software Program Manager to lead complex, international software programs across surveying and positioning solutions. /p pYou will connect Product Management, Software Engineering, Firmware, Cloud Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, UX and business teams, translating customer needs, technical requirements and business priorities into successful program delivery. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLead end-to-end software programs, defining scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, deliverables and success criteria. /li liDrive software release planning and execution, ensuring delivery against agreed priorities and commitments. /li liCoordinate parallel workstreams across software, firmware, cloud, product, QA, UX and engineering teams. /li liManage dependencies across geospatial applications, GNSS technologies, correction services, cloud platforms and optical or scanner hardware. /li liIdentify program risks, issues and resource constraints, establishing effective mitigation and contingency plans. /li liLead program reviews, executive updates and critical issue escalations. /li liAlign globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. /li liStrengthen Agile practices, program governance, delivery predictability and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geomatics, Geodesy, GIS, Surveying or a related discipline. /li liAt least 7 years of experience in technical project or program management, including 3 or more years leading cross-functional software programs. /li liProven experience managing large-scale software programs and concurrent initiatives in multinational engineering organizations. /li liStrong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile or Scrum methodologies, software architecture and modern development practices. /li liExperience with cloud-based platforms and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent. /li liAbility to coordinate complex software ecosystems involving multiple products, platforms and technical dependencies. /li liProfessional working English at intermediate level or above. /li liExperience in geospatial, GIS, surveying, construction technology, precision agriculture or GNSS-related industries is highly desirable. /li liPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, cloud or geospatial certifications are an advantage. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liFlexible hybrid work model in Italy, with regular collaboration at our Concordia sulla Secchia office when required. /li liTo support collaboration and team connection, we ideally seek candidates who can travel to our Concordia office regularly /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul li€55,000 to €65,000 gross annual salary, depending on skills and experience. /li liVariable bonus linked to individual and company performance. /li liMeal vouchers and flexible hybrid working arrangements. /li liContinuous learning opportunities and collaboration on global projects. /li /ul pFor further information, please contact our Corporate Senior Recruiter TOPCON Mr. Simone Masseroni by mailing /p pTopcon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, genetic information, or other legally protected status. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
