This is a part‑time position, 30 hours weekly. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pSupport the Italian market in securing service contracts and managing standard service commercial activities, while coordinating direct service offers with the SCS team. /p h3Core Responsibilities (SCM) /h3 ul liBusiness Insights ul liAnalyze market trends, competitors’ service strategies and pricing. /li liIdentify customer needs and provide structured market insights to the SCM organization. /li /ul /li liCost Improvement ul liSupport cost structure analysis for service proposals and pricing optimization. /li liCollaborate with Finance on profitability evaluation and quotation estimates when required. /li /ul /li liProposal Competitiveness ul liSupport pre‑tender clarification and preparation of service proposal content. /li liEnsure competitive, aligned service offers in support of Italian Sales teams. /li /ul /li liCommercial Terms Management ul liPrepare and review standard SA / LTSA service contract terms. /li liSupport negotiations and ensure compliance, contract registration and handover. /li /ul /li liDirect service offers in coordination with SCS ul liPrepare direct service offers in CRM (spare parts, warranty extensions, training, site visits). /li liCoordinate with SCS and act as first contact point for Italian customers on non‑LTSA requests. /li /ul /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pWe want you to feel happy with this position, so you should be a self‑motivated and performance‑driven person. /p ul liBackground: ul liA business degree with a certain affinity to technology/energy /li liAn engineering background with a commercial focus. /li /ul /li liIdeally you have worked in a similar role for ~3 years. /li liStrong language package: Italian and English at least C1. /li liCreative and passionate person with upbeat spirit and “Yes, we can” mentality. /li liProactive, dynamic and task‑oriented. /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 pThe discourse of this decade might be overlooked by Covid‑19, but sooner or later we will beat and overcome that germ.
