In this ICQA Operations Manager role, you will own inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving within a fast-paced fulfilment centre. You will lead and develop a team of Area Managers and hourly staff, partnering with Operations to enforce policies, safety, and accuracy. Your work will drive defect reduction, inventory integrity, and timely, customer-focused fulfillment. The position sits at the heart of Amazon’s logistics network, offering impact through process discipline and data-driven improvements. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to scale safe, efficient operations that meet customer obsession.Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Lead and supervise ICQA Area Managers and hourly Associates in inventory control and quality assurance.
  • Partner with Operations to establish and follow policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs and SOX regulations.
  • Analyze inventory defects and data to define action plans that improve quality.
  • Plan short- and mid-term labor, forecasting, staffing, and schedules.
  • Assist in interviewing and training FC Area Managers.
  • Maintain process discipline across shifts and departments.
  • Review KPIs and perform quality analysis affecting inventory integrity.
  • Collaborate with department managers on projects and system enhancements.
  • Work with Loss Prevention to adhere to policies; support communication of policies to leadership.
  • Support hiring processes for managers.
Responsabilità
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent qualification
  • Strong time management and data organization skills
  • Proven ability to influence across levels of seniority
  • Ability to operate 24/7 including holidays
  • Resilient problem solver, able to multitask in a complex environment
  • Commitment to employee development and high motivation
  • Previous supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
  • Excellent verbal and written communications in local language and English
