AB Mauri Italy Società Benefit is seeking an Area Manager to drive growth across Northern Italy in the craft channel. The role involves frequent customer visits, coordinating with distributors and craft bakery professionals, and promoting AB Mauri’s yeast and bakery ingredients portfolio.
The successful candidate will have proven sales or technical-commercial experience in bakery or ingredient sectors, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a solid technical understanding of bakery
