Job Description

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as an Army Community Services Analyst for the U.S. Army Garrison, Italy.

Position Requirements Major Responsibilities Include

• Military Relocations
• Transitions
• Translation
• Cultural Integration
• Customer Service
• Italian language class facilitation

Qualified Candidates Must Possess

• Associate’s Degree
• Possess, or be able to obtain, a Secret Security Clearance
• Expert skills at dealing with complex situations and analyzing complex data and information systems
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows
• Must be able to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate data
• Strong organizational skills and a confident, detail‑oriented, customer‑oriented, positive mindset will be a great asset to this position
• Experience working with military service members or their families is required
• Ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations

Qualifications

Must be fluent in written and oral English and Italian.

Two years of experience working with military relocations, transitions, translation, cultural integration, customer service and Italian Language class facilitation.
