About the RoleThe Engineering Senior Specialist - Mechanical Component will develop design and development of centrifugal pumps, working collaboratively with scientists and engineers.ResponsibilitiesPerform all activities for Flange to Flange Centrifugal Pumps development, executing all detailed design, calculations and analysis.Develop ideas that become real products, for new centrifugal pumps to enhance the current BH pumps portfolio.Execute fast prototyping, new design tools introduction, debugging, verification testing and performance characterization of concepts and products.Support market research to determine what types of products might be successful among adjacent markets.QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or relevant demonstrable experience.Extensive knowledge of centrifugal pumps.Relevant knowledge of International standards and codes.Good computer skills and familiarity with Unigraphics NX, ANSYS, HYSYS, Fluent Italian and fluent English.Working ArrangementsWorking flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.BenefitsContemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activitiesComprehensive private medical care optionsSafety net of life insurance and disability programsTailored financial programsAdditional elected or voluntary benefitsCompensationInitial pay range: EUR 43,200 to 59,400.
