SDA Bocconi’s programs are built on rigorous and original research activities, offering MBAs, Specialized Master, and Executive Master programs, as well as open and custom executive education. /ppWe are looking for an /ph3INTERNATIONAL MASTER RECRUITER /h3pfor our Guidance and Recruitment Office within the Master Division, which is in charge of attracting and selecting top candidates for MBAs and Masters. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupporting the definition of the scouting strategy /liliCooperate with the team in defining the attraction strategy, channels and actions. /liliA global mindset, innovative approach and entrepreneurial attitude are key assets to deliver high-quality results in this activity. /liliScouting and recruiting online and worldwide /liliRepresent SDA Bocconi at fairs (online and in-person), conferences, and MBA events — strong presence and excellent relational skills are crucial to succeed. /liliHost regional info sessions in targeted cities worldwide. /liliAdvise prospective students on programs, in person or via calls. /liliManaging effective and continuous communication with candidates and internal stakeholders /liliFollow up with candidates to ensure timely applications and deliver state-of-the-art customer service, with a strong goal-oriented and execution-driven approach. /liliHandle candidate queries and provide accurate, timely information. /liliWork collaboratively with the Marketing Office to develop marketing strategies (paid search, email campaigns, and social media activities). /liliUtilizing and implementing CRM tools (Salesforce) /liliMonitor sales pipeline and forecast. /liliManage and nurture leads efficiently. /liliCreate and analyze performance reports and dashboards. /liliAutomate sales processes and optimize the customer journey. /li /ulh3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulliAbout 6 years of experience, preferably in sales and/or business development (service-oriented or luxury industries preferred) or in recruiting/attraction for a business school, university, education provider, headhunting or selection company. /liliStrong business acumen, commercial instinct, and proven experience working with targets. /liliInternational study/work/life experience (minimum 1 year required). /liliWillingness to travel up to 20% of the time. /liliEntrepreneurial spirit and out-of-the-box thinking. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team. /liliStrong networking ability with proven success in building and maintaining long-term relationships. /liliExperience working under pressure in fast-paced, growing environments. /liliFlexible, positive attitude and youthful, dynamic mindset. /liliFluency in English and Italian (spoken and written). /liliKnowledge of additional European languages — preferably French and Spanish — is a strong plus. /liliExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus. /liliAbility to design and interpret reports and dashboards to drive strategic decisions. /liliPreferred degree in Human Resources, Sales/Business Administration or equivalent. /li /ulh3Place Of Work /h3pSDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10 – 20136 Milan /pp(3 days in office + up to 2 days of smart working after successfully completing the probationary period) /ph3We Offer /h3ulliThe opportunity to work in an international and highly qualified environment. /liliDirect exposure to the corporate and executive education ecosystem. /liliA context focused on innovation, quality, and academic excellence. /liliGross annual salary starting from € 45.000. /li /ulpThe final compensation package will be defined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall professional background, in line with the University’s fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory compensation principles. /ppBocconi is an equal opportunities employer.
