You will align customer needs with technical and financial inputs, drive risk assessment and negotiations, and track project outcomes. You’ll work across regions to optimize price, margin, and ROI while supporting opportunity development.   • Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals with quality and timeliness
  • Lead risk assessment and coordinate bid teams across Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical, Sales, and Global Services
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure contract commitments and risk compliance
  • Strategize on price and margin while evaluating ROI
  • Support opportunity development and opportunity assessment with customers
  • Track, monitor and report on assigned projects
  • Collaborate with regional teams to satisfy customer needs and maximize RC profitability
Responsabilità
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5 to 10 years of Commercial Operations / ITO experience related to Reciprocating Compressors
  • Knowledge of RC market dynamics and customer processes
  • Self-starter with results orientation
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluency in English and Italian
