In this role you lead complex, multi‑supplier projects for industrial plants and integrated production/packaging lines in Bologna. You coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. You collaborate with the Technical Project Leader to ensure seamless technical integration and robust governance. You will drive cross‑functional alignment and manage supplier interfaces to enable successful handover and long‑term performance.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Build and maintain the integrated master plan and critical path across suppliers
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and gate/milestone readiness through design, procurement, manufacturing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning
• Define and control the scope of supply for third‑party systems; manage RFQs, contracts, and change orders with Purchasing/Supply Chain
• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule; run weekly supplier syncs; manage risks and recovery plans
• Monitor cost actuals vs baseline; lead ETC/EAC updates and monthly financials for leadership
• Validate technical deliverables with the Technical Project Leader; ensure FAT/SAT compliance and punch list closure
• Select, onboard, and monitor suppliers; enforce contractual obligations; coordinate ECOs and configuration control
• Serve as the single point of contact for project execution with internal leadership and external customers
• Oversee FAT/SAT/SAT readiness, punch list closure, and lessons learned; coordinate intercompany contributions and governance

Responsabilità

• 5+ years of project management experience in a structured/matrix organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) or equivalent
• Advanced certification (PMP/Prince2/IPMA) a plus
• Experience with automatic machines as integrated systems or industrial plant engineering; systems integration a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Microsoft Project
• Negotiation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%–40%
