CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (PHARMA SECTOR)

We are searching for a young and brilliant Customer Service Specialist with a strong will to improve professional skills, positive attitude, problem solving and result oriented approach.

The ideal candidate’s attitude includes accuracy, empathy, flexibility, good organizational skills and highly motivation to contribute to the growth and to grow with our Company in Italy.

The new colleague will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of activities and play a fundamental role in the coordination of Customer relationship duties, especially in the commercial field, including:

1. Manage the customer information service for details regarding orders and their progress.
2. Supervise business correspondence and complaints from our wholesales, private and public hospitals via email and phone.
3. Provide support to salespeople’s business and office based colleagues from the sales department.
4. 360° management for Customer Service operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage Company relationship with wholesales, private and public hospitals.
2. Receipt, processing and management of sales orders.
3. Registration of new customer data and supplier master data on ERP system.
4. Daily relationship and support to the sales network.
5. External supply chain management.
6. Management of customers complaints and returns.
7. Management of the invoices and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Legal or Economic Degree or equivalent.
2. Familiarity with the main CRM.
3. Expert with Office Suite (Good knowledge of Excel).
4. Italian mother tongue and good English knowledge.
5. Previous experience in manufacturing Company.
6. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or supply chain management (SCM).
