Hook-up Commissioning Manager

Since b2018 /b, bagap2 Italia /b has been supporting clients throughout Italy across the following sectors: bEnergy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, and Construction /b. /p pFor an important international bOffshore Oil Gas /b project, we are looking for an experienced bOffshore Hook-Up Commissioning Lead /b to oversee the offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning activities of bSingle Point Terminal (SPT) /b systems. /p pReporting directly to the bJPT Project Commissioning Manager /b, the successful candidate will lead commissioning operations, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and marine systems are safely installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements and operational standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate and execute offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for bSingle Point Terminal (SPT) /b systems, including: /li liCALM Buoys; /li liHose Systems; /li liPipeline End Manifolds (PLEMs). /li liEnsure the operational readiness of: /li liMooring Systems; /li liFlexible Hoses; /li liProduct Transfer Systems; /li liMarine Loading Equipment; /li liQuick Release Hooks. /li liCoordinate installation interfaces between subsea facilities, PLEMs, risers and topside SPT systems. /li liSupervise and perform: /li liMechanical Completion; /li liPressure Testing; /li liLeak Testing; /li liFunctional Testing. /li liVerify that all systems are installed, commissioned and fully compliant with project specifications prior to start-up. /li liOversee system energization and integration of: /li liSCADA Systems; /li liTelemetry Systems; /li liEmergency Shutdown (ESD); /li liLead multidisciplinary commissioning teams, vendors and subcontractors during offshore operations. /li liReview and validate commissioning documentation, including: /li liPunch Lists; /li liRed-Line Drawings; /li liAs-Built Documentation; /li liCoordinate with marine teams to ensure correct buoy positioning, mooring integrity and offshore terminal stability. /li liWork closely with HSE personnel to ensure full compliance with: /li liPermit to Work (PTW); /li liMarine Safety Procedures; /li liSIMOPS Requirements. /li liSupport offshore start-up activities, performance testing and operational readiness for crude or product loading. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: /li liMechanical Engineering; /li liElectrical Engineering; /li liInstrumentation Engineering; /li liAutomation Engineering; /li liProcess Engineering. /li liMinimum b12 years of professional experience /b in Offshore Oil Gas after graduation. /li liProven experience leading hook-up and commissioning activities for offshore marine terminals, SPM/SPT facilities or similar offshore loading infrastructure. /li liStrong knowledge of offshore marine terminal systems and crude/product loading facilities. /li liAbility to read and interpret: /li liPIDs; /li liPFDs; /li liHook-Up Drawings; /li liExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in offshore environments. /li liGood understanding of: /li liOffshore Logistics; /li liVessel Coordination; /li liSIMOPS; /li liStrong commitment to HSE, quality standards and documentation control. /li liExcellent written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liStrong leadership and team coordination skills. /li liExcellent planning and organizational abilities. /li liAbility to manage complex offshore commissioning activities under schedule constraints. /li liProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pThe gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from b€70,000 to €100,000 /b, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. /p pThe final compensation package will be determined based on technical expertise, relevant professional experience, level of autonomy in managing project activities, and the outcome of the selection process, following objective, transparent, and merit-based criteria. /p pFor candidates with exceptional qualifications or highly specialized expertise that significantly exceed the role requirements, an enhanced compensation package may be considered, subject to internal approval. /p h3The world needs you /h3 pbagap2 /b is an bEqual Opportunity Employer /b.
