Senior Theatrical Marketing Manager, Amazon MGM Studios Theatrical Marketing

As Senior Marketing Manager for theatrical releases in Italy, you will lead strategic planning and activation roadmaps to maximize audience engagement and box office. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including international teams, to ensure cohesive brand and creative execution across campaigns. You drive local market insights, KPI definition, and innovative engagement tactics to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, shaping Italy’s theatrical marketing strategy and execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and external agencies to deliver measurable impact and scalable results.

• Lead strategic planning and budget management across multiple high-profile theatrical releases in Italy
• Develop territory-wide marketing strategies and long-term activation roadmaps for Italy
• Conduct advanced local market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategy for Italy
