Senior Account Executive in Salesforce’s Banking segment drives value realization for customers by managing end-to-end sales and strategic account growth. You will build trusted relationships with c-suite and key stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional resources, and shape long-term account plans. This role offers exposure to AI-powered CRM solutions at scale, with a focus on expanding within existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities. - Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction within assigned accounts in Banking
- Lead end-to-end sales processes with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners)
- Formulate and execute long-term account strategy aligned with customer objectives
- Identify go-to-market territory and compile a qualified target account list within 30 days
- Articulate Salesforce value proposition to existing/new customers
- Drive growth within assigned accounts
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong technology sales experience (5-10 years) in Software/Business Applications, preferably in Banking
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Italian market
- Proven history of net new business sales and quota attainment
- Experience with inbound/outbound prospecting and closing new business
- Proficient in Italian and English
