INDEPENDENT SALES PARTNER (m/f/d)

Focus: Northern Italy

Fb Industry Automation develops and implements tailor-made end-to-end intralogistics solutions. As a systems integrator, we combine different technologies to create solutions tailored to our customers’ processes and requirements.

To further expand our presence in Italy, we are looking for an independent sales partner who understands the Northern Italian market, identifies new business opportunities and builds long-term customer relationships.

You contribute your market knowledge, network and sales experience. Our sales, planning and engineering teams provide the expertise and support required to develop concrete intralogistics projects.

#YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and expand our sales activities in Italy, with a focus on Northern Italy

• Identify and approach potential new customers

• Build long-term relationships with relevant decision-makers

• Present Fb Industry Automation and our intralogistics solutions

• Identify automation needs and concrete project opportunities

• Gather and qualify initial customer requirements

• Support potential customers from the initial contact through to a concrete project enquiry

• Work closely with our sales, planning and engineering teams in Austria

• Represent Fb Industry Automation at customer meetings, events and trade fairs

• Monitor relevant market, industry and competitor developments

#YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in technical B2B sales

• Good knowledge of the Italian market, particularly Northern Italy

• An established network of companies and relevant decision-makers

• Ideally, experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, conveyor technology, mechanical engineering or plant engineering

• An understanding of technically complex capital investment projects that require a consultative sales approach

• A confident manner and strong negotiation skills

• An independent, structured and entrepreneurial approach

• Willingness to travel within Italy

• Languages: English and Italian are required; German is an advantage
