Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the bid lifecycle for complex mobility projects, ensuring accurate QCDP commitments and timely, within-budget proposals. You collaborate with the tender team to shape strategy, assess risks and opportunities, and support project reviews and win/loss analyses. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver competitive bids that align with Alstom’s rules and the customer’s expectations. This position offers impact across bids that contribute to sustainable transport at scale.Benefits

• Lead the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitments from appointment to Tender Transfer Meeting
• Deliver a winning proposal with defined scope, accurate QCDP commitments, and within tender budget
• Support Project Manager in First Financial Project Review (FPR0) and close open actions after TTM
• Support Tender Leader in Win & Loss analysis
• Oversee Pre-tendering phase when relevant
• Ensure compliance with Alstom rules & instructions
• Collaborate with Tender Leader and Sub-System bid managers
• Manage the tender budget per Tender Costs Authorization Process
• Lead the tender team and define bid operational strategy
• Propose offered solution and drive QCD optimization with Bid Costing Manager if needed
• Prepare risks & opportunities reviews and documentation for Customer submission

Responsabilità

• Master in Engineering
• 10+ years in Project/Bid Management with strong costing, planning & risk management background
• Knowledge of ALSTOM processes including the Golden Rules and E&C compliance
• Successful experience on several medium to highly critical bids within Alstom
