ppCheil Italy is looking for an bEvent Producer Freelancer /b with strong technical expertise and a solid production leadership mindset, capable of managing complex projects with full accountability for feasibility, planning, budget and delivery. /ppThe Senior Event Producer leads the end-to-end production of experiential projects, translating creative concepts into technically feasible and executable solutions. Working closely with creative, strategy and client teams, they ensure operational clarity, financial control and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle, while coordinating junior and freelance producers. /ph3Role and Responsibilities: /h3h3Production Leadership Feasibility /h3pLead the production development of experiential projects, assessing creative concepts from a technical and financial perspective and defining structured production solutions. /ph3Planning, Budget Delivery /h3pDefine production plans, timelines and milestones while managing budgets, forecasts and margins, ensuring financial control and smooth execution across all production phases from pre-production to dismantling. /ppBuild and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including junior producers, freelance producers and suppliers, ensuring alignment, efficiency and high standards of execution. /ppIdentify new materials, technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve production efficiency, workflows and creative execution. /ppAnticipate risks, manage operational challenges and ensure projects remain on track. /ph3Required Skills: /h3ulli5 years of experience in complex experiential production; /liliStrong technical knowledge of exhibition builds, temporary structures, AV systems and digital integrations; /liliAbility to interpret and evaluate technical drawings; /liliAdvanced use of planning tools (Gantt / PM software); /li /ulh3Attitude and Personal Qualities: /h3ullibExcellent Communicator: /b Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English. /lilibNegotiation Skills: /b Strong ability to manage negotiations with clients and suppliers, finding win-win solutions while protecting agency interests and margins. /lilibPassion Proactivity: /b A positive approach and determination to achieve success for both the agency and the client. /lilibResilience: /b Ability to manage complex workflows and tight deadlines while maintaining extreme attention to detail. /lilibTeam Player: /b A collaborative spirit to contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment. /li /ulh3Place of work: Milan /h3h3About Cheil /h3pCheil Italia Srl is a subsidiary of Cheil Worldwide Inc. /ppWe redefine the way brands connect and engage with consumers. /ppData is our foundation, technology is our building block.
