In this role, you will be at the forefront of end user computing technologies, working with both on-premises and cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, customizing, optimizing, maintaining, and operating our Unified Endpoint Management platform based on the M365 foundation. /p pThis position is based in Italy, in Brugherio (MB). /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou are responsible for implementing, configuring and managing Microsoft Intune to ensure seamless device management and security. /li liYou will develop and implement strategies for Unified Endpoint Management, including software distribution, patch management and endpoint security to manage and secure all endpoints (Windows PCs, macOS, mobile devices, virtual clients). /li liYou will manage, maintain and support End User Computing cloud services to support business objectives and enhance IT infrastructure. /li liYou will implement Security Policies and procedures to ensure compliance and protect company data. /li liYou will provide technical support and perform troubleshooting for end-users and other IT teams. Liaising with the 1st level as well as the 2nd level support teams is key. /li liYou will create, maintain and update software packages for automated deployment. /li liYou will automate repetitive tasks to ensure compliance and increase efficiency. /li liYou will conduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to our internal customers on clients-related technologies and services. /li liYou will create and maintain technical documentation, guides and best practices. /li liYou will define the corporate hardware standards and its lifecycle together with our partners. /li liYou stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technologies and recommend improvements. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liEducation BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a similar qualification or proven professional knowledge through professional career. /li liAt least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft and client management technologies /li liExcellent customer and service orientation approach to handle the technical problems and understanding of processes and needs of an international industrial group. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high level of self-initiative attitude and drive to get things done. /li liTeam players with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. /li liFluent Italian and English (German is a plus). /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liA high level of responsibility and the opportunity to grow and develop. /li liBeing part of a global team using state-of-the-art technologies. /li liA very welcoming, supportive and collaborative team spirit and an open company culture. /li liHybrid working model: office-based with the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week. /li liA permanent, full-time employment contract under the Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL). The gross annual salary for this role ranges between €45,000 and €57,000.
